Room charges

In order to confirm your booking, a deposit equivalent to half a month's rent may be required (*).
If you cancel your booking two weeks or more before your due date, this deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel less than two weeks before your arrival date, that deposit is kept by the EDC.

(*) Note that the above notice does not apply to doctoral researchers who are members of one of the EDC cohorts nor to very short stays.

All-inclusive room charges

• Bed-linen, towels and kitchen items are ONLY provided for short stays up to 4 weeks.

• Rooms must be vacated before 9am on the day you depart

• Charges include: electricity, heating, water, Internet, Wifi in communal areas, campus-wide telephone, local taxes + access to all facilities.

• American express credit cards cannot be used for payment.
